Where is Baladiya for stamping house rental agreement?

Hi all,

For the application of my Family Residence Visa I need to stamp my house rental contract at Baladiya. I'm reading online that this service center moved to the Old Airport, but I can't find confirmation of this on the official site. Does anyone know where this center is at the moment? Is it openend from 7am - 2pm?

The Office operates on Old Airport Arrival Terminal building itself, ie, from Toyota Signal towards Corniche and after VIP Signal (old Round About), just after the Teyseer Petrol station.

The work timing is not well aware to me but till 12 PM is sure.
