So what are new travel restrictions and quarantine requirements?

I am coming from Pakistan on a multiple entry business visa. I will be arriving before 1st April. I am fully vaccinated (outside Qatar) and 2nd dose of Moderna was done in Sep 2021.

Does anyone know what are current travel restrictions? I read some of them on Qatar Airways website but they are too long and complex. Do I need to quarantine or not? I believe PCR is mandatory before coming right!?

Just wanted to know what are new restriction/requirement.
