Visit Visa and entry for redlist country kids (india, bangladesh, srilanka etc)

Hello everyone,

This is for all the people who wants to take their kids with them.

For family visit visas for kids from red list countries (india, bangladesh, srilanka etc)

Moph says "There is no exception for unvaccinated children coming traveling from red list countries"

It doesn't say that they are not allowing entry for them, they just say there will be no exception (acception & exception both are 2 different words)

1.For Green list kids there is an exception - which is they can go home without quarantine

2. For yellow list kids there is an exception - which is they only have to stay 7 days at hotel quarantine

3. For Red list kids - there is no exception which means there will be no special chances so they need to do full hotel qurantine.

As my understanding this might be the process. (If they really dont allow kids from red list countries, they would have mentioned it clearly as kids are not allowed)

And on a youtube video (as i remember info gulf channel) youtuber has said he personally talked to 16000 number and some other number and got confirmation that red list kids are allowed on visit visa and he stated some of his friends also got the confirmation.

And there were some other people said it can be done, im not sure about these comments on other people.

Have you got any kind of news or confirmation?

Please share here

(Please note above points are as my understanding and wanted to share with you all, please get confirmation from official bodies before travel and other things)

Hi...

This is what mentioned in Qatar airways website...

No exceptions for Minors traveling from countries on the Red List.

a) Minors between (0-11) years old are not allowed to enter.

b) Minors between (12-17) years old traveling from countries on Red, Yellow & Green list countries.

b1) who are fully vaccinated are allowed to enter without quarantine.

b2) if not vaccinated will not be allowed entry
