INQUIRY REGARDING TRAVEL OF MINOR - FAMILY VISIT VISA

Thank you.

1. Please kindly advise the requirments of minor who will travel from Manila- Doha - Manila and accompanied either or both parents (Both OFW in Qatar).

2. We are planning to go vacation to Philippines and will travel back to Qatar with our son by Family Visit Visa. Afterwards, I will accompany my son to return to PH.

3. Do we need to present in immigration the appostille Birth Certificate & Marriage Contract or Red Ribbon is still acceptable (Used last travel 2017).

4. Is the parental travel permit is the same with Travel Clearance.
