National Address Register - Metrash mobile number problem

I've been trying to register for the National Address requirement, however cannot seem to register with my mobile number. I'm with Ooredoo and had this number for 5 years, but the Metrash registraion tells me that my mobile number is not associated with my Qatar ID...please help! I don't want to get fined for not registering in time.

Would there be any reason why your mobile number is not associated with your QID?

For example, mine was under my Dad's QID for he is my sponsor. I had to go through the process of going to Ooredoo and requesting to move my number under my own QID. After a few days, I was able to register on Metrash.
