Changing of Sponsorship submitted by labourer

Good day!

I would like to ask an advise to anyone who is facing the same issue as mine.

I have submitted a request for changing my sponsorship since last Dec. 16, 2024 then Dec. 18, 2024 New Employer Approved and Dec. 23, 2024 Current Employer waive off my Notice Period. But unforetunately no SMS came to me that should indicate that my notice period is already changed.

Now, My request is still under procedure as per MOL Website. Is there anybody here has the same issue it already more than 2 weeks yet approval is still pending?

Appreciate to anyone who could share the same experience and what did you guys do in order to sort it out.
