any qatar licensed pharmacist here?

in the procedure for a pharmacist licensure in qatar by the supreme health of qatar. is the qualifying exam equivalent to the prometric exam- pharmacy specialist category?

do i need an employer prior to my application for a qatar pharmacist license? or i can still proceed in the licensure process without an employer and start finding one after i get a licensed?

please help pharmacist/pharmacy owners or those professionals who can relate..please help
