What i heard is- for GCC nationals to start establishment company (100% they only own-one person) there is no need for a Qatari sponsor. but for WLL (partnership companies) you need a Qatari partnership of min 51%. rent and details it varies from 350/SqMtr to monthly 2,500 depends on the area, location, building etc. for that he has to come here personally and select the location.

you cannot start a buisness without a Qatari Sponsor. A company registered for your business shall be 51: 49. means in theory qatari sponsor shall hold 51 percent shares. A proper contract can though save your rights. The cost will depend on the size and capital of the company. however there are minimum capital requirements too.
