QIB has lots of branches, many open in the evenings.

If you are a privilege customer (tamayyuz) you get priority banking services in every branch plus they have a separate branch for vip customers on c ring road.

They have given me a free QIB qatar airways platinum credit card on which I earn Qmiles on every POS trans - for me it equals to atleast 2 QR return tickets per year - I dont pay them 1 dirham in return

Many more benefits like 'priority pass' for free access to airport lounges etc. but obviously you shud meet certain criteria to be part of their Diamond Tamayyuz prog.

Btw no annual charges for credit card or account or anything. Even cheque books, a/c statements are free

QNB - If you're eligible, go for their QNB First account - and get it done at their QNB West Bay branch. Everything gets done correctly first time.

I have heard HSBC has the worst customer service here in Qatar!
