Hello everyone,

I am a Civil Engineer from Bahrain and I got a job on Doha as Civil Engineer From QOR (QATAR OIL REFINARY) with a salary of 40,000 QR.But when I tried to search it through google I didnt find the compnay.SO can anybody verifies to me whether it is actually true or is it some sort of fraud?

Given that I dont have an experience and this QOR company said that it will train me from the begining thats why experience is not an issue.

Thanks for your help in advance.

I have a Civil Engineering diploma focus on product developing and dessign/process developing. I need to know what companies I can contact or seek.

Right now I work with developing heavy duty trucks for a big, world known company in Sweden. I have six years of working experience in that business!

I agree nationality is a BIG BIG factor here in the middle east! But u have a choice if u think that is enough for u so be it, but theres a lot of companies here giving higher salary and good benefits...

NO! you can earn that in the Phil. demand a higher salary. at least x3 for a start. consider your qualifications too.

No Kabayan.. Thats very unfair for you. Rishi said atleast x3...but if your unemployed there, x2 would do..but demand for free accomodation, & transpo from accomodation to work & vv.

your experience, qualifications and Nationality.

Sorry, but that is fact, Nationality and renumeration are linked, been discussed many times on QL.

Assess it for your own needs. Will you live your expected life style and still be able to send money home!!!
