Can I use my engineering degree provisional certificate for engineer visa process ?.it is already attested by qatar embassy and mofa.
Plz help me regarding this.

For RP processing you need to attest your Degree Certificate and College/ University Bonafide Certificate.

Provisional certificate is not valid.

But for attestation for education certificate need provisional certificate
