Can someone please tell me where can i go to ask about opening up an F&B Outlet?

Hi guys and gals!!

I'm new here and i would like to say hello to everyone!

I would like to open up an F&B outlet which is more of a kiosk styled outlet. Which ministry or agency can i go to, to ask about regulations and permits and the whole works?? Can someone please kindly assist me in pointing out the right place that i can go to?
