Changing sponsorship

Hello QL...

I have a question regarding changing of sponsorship.

I am local hired, i finished my transfer in the new company... i am still under probation period and i want to change my job.

So regardless the probation will i need an NoC to transfer again internally or i have to leave the country and come back under new visa ?

This is somehow new and unclear for me...

Any comment would be appreciated

if you are still not transfered or have work visa with the current company you can look in another company...but if you already transfered then you can not
