Changing your sponsor/employer?

Hi Everybody,

Due to personal reasons I probably have to change my job - I am currently working with one company and would like to move to another one.

The qualification and all that shouldn't be a problem, my only questions is, what will the owners say as it is two different owners. Does anybody have any experience with that, is it possible to change or is it too much hassle?

Thank you all for your help!

Any chance that when a Manager stands in for me and supports me in that matter, and he has good contacts to the owner, that this will help? How much is it about personal relationship and contacts of the managers and how much is it about law and rules?

happened to me...my sponsor won't give me release...you can try and try asking for it but u have to be careful not to make them mad or else they might terminate you and you will have more problems.

anyways, it was in the news sometimes back that the country our looking into that sponsorhip law. once implemented, you won't need NOC.
