Direct hiring of Filipinos

Good day everyone. I would like to ask if there is anyone here familiar here regarding the hiring of Filipinos directly from the Philippines via direct hire. Any tips or headsup regarding the procedure? Thank you for the time and thank you in advance for the reply.

Update, i just finished QVC last month here in the Philippines..is there any Filipinos here have any idea regarding direct hires if the really need to get an agency to process the OEC? Thanks in advance...keep safe everyone.
