I signed the contract during my first year that I will receive the airfare every year. It is my second year now in my company and they said that the contract they submitted when the renewed my Qatar Id was the same contract I signed during my first year.
I talked with them (management) but it they said that as per the director.. they will no longer give any airfare ticket.
Our HR replied through an email that even they mentioned that they will provide the ticket, they already changed their policy. and they can simply decrease salaries and its up to us whether we want to stay or not. He said no one is pushing us to stay.

Take them to court if you have a signed employment agreement and they do not abide with it.
because they are nothing but selfish pricks who cares for no one but themselves..
because some employers are evil that they only think of ways to their advantage!
you can challenge them in the labor dept. in case of any injustice if they are not acting as per the contract!
Because they are Employers and nobody is questioning them.
Because they can. Unless you take them to court.
