What is the best bank for an expat from Europe or North America to use? My company only pays to a Canadian Bank and it costs my >4% to transfer my money here for the exchange rate.

Any suggestions on what I can do?

Also.... Which Qatar bank has the best record for investements interms of choice and charges? WHo hase the lowest fees with good quality service?
