German technology - Car wash

heard about European car wash,, which uses very less of water,and water is reused as reverse osmosis.
it takes very less space. Car need not go inside the garage, but sensors identify the cars size, volume of water, qty of cleanig materials etc etc...
can any European advise - whtethr this technology is feasible in Qatar ?. It gives a new option to the customers.

I've actually seen some little cars driving around advertising "waterless" car washes! Sounds like thosands of tiny scratches to me!!!
