Hello, help me please

When applying work as a nurse here in Qatar, like for example in Hamad Hospital, is it acceptable to have an experience in Home for the Aged when applying in Hamad? I worked in the Home for the aged for two years as a staff nurse. Is it still acceptable as an experience or is it really required to have a hospital experience? Please help.
