Hi all, this is my case, i have been in qatar in 2013 on business visa for 15 days only and left the country without exit pass for some reasons now i got a job and when my new company send the document to issu the visa they found my name on the blacklist !!
- How long this ban take to be removed from the system?
- are there anyway to solve this problem ?
- How could the emmigration deprt accept such claims to put a person on the blacklist !!
- Is it true that this ban will be in other GCC system or not ?

Thanks ruru , but according to the ministry of interior i checked my business visa and stated that expired already since one year !
Do you know the duration of the business visa that was issued to you? Also, your arrival date in Qatar was the start of the duration. So if the business visa is still valid it means there cannot be a new application unless your business visa is cancelled. Well, in your case the company that provided the visa will not cancel it - that's for sure. Just wait for it to expire and next time be courteous to say goodbye, at least.
Well, the job doesn't fit my skills and qualifications i sent them by email my resignation clarifing the situation, get on a plane and left Qatar without exit permit ! I had a trust on a friend working as an administration manager talling me with business visa they can not do anything for you if you did not process fingerprint and RP! and so i guess this company were angry and put my name on the blacklist.
It's complicated..Say specifically what happen and we are QLers are willing to give advices......

I dont think you are explaining your situation comprehensively.... hence nobody can come up with an advice.. as others mentioned business visa does not require exit permit... and you are saying the same thing.. so what exactly happened ?

Already i asked them to remove the ban but so far no thing happend !
Yes mhmd Ali business visa you don't need exit to go out of Qatar.
I agree there 'r times when you don't want see your manager's face .....

Did you tell your boss that you are resigning, finish all your work, and leave on good terms?
Or did you just go to the airport, get on a plane, and not tell anyone you were going?

I assume that you were under company business visa when you came. This company brought you to Qatar to work for them. You came under their business visa. Meaning they have a hold on you. You don't need exit permit for business visa but they can do "something" so you can't re enter Qatar.
Business visa doesnt require exit pass!!!! Make some clariffications on this...
