How to get Projects or Clients / How to register Tenders in Qatar

Hi All,
I am new to Qatar and would like to understand how companies go about offering Catering services and how to market to customers.
Do we need to register with the procurement and wait for RFPs.
I am open to suggestions and thoughts to plan my sales activities here.

Yes, Co's have to register themselves in the Vendor Masterbase for established Co's. Visit their website and often they have a link for supplier registration. For new Co's, you'll need a sales pitch
