how long it takes for DOha Islamic Bank process the loan payment ?

I sell my car to the buyer.
buyer is using Car Loan from Doha Islamic Bank.

I've already handed over my car (istimara + insurance) since there was letter from bank to do that.

The problem is, after 1 week , Bank still didn't transfer any money to the account as a payment.

when i contact bank, they said still on process.
How long it takes for Doha Islamic Bank process the loan payment ? since 1 week is too long compared to other conventional bank (1 day).
