How much do you exercise?

Well the new year has come yet again and yet again we've made new years resolution which for most of us would be showing cracks and stress when it comes to exercise.

SO here is the basic question, how much do fellow QLers exercise?

I'll start with myself!!.

wake up at 3am...at 630am speed off to Ras Laffan.
Come 12pm(lunch time..YUMMM), I somtimes have something ligt to eat, other days I cant, either way at 12:30 I do two laps of RasGas, some people call me wierd and some cheer me on.

Come back to office, top myself up with juices / water / herbal tea.

Come home, and off to Gym for an hour(strictly) I don't have the luxury to spend more time, at 5 to 530pm get back home and just chill out.

The intent is not on losing weight but maintaining blood circulation, and the midday walk gives me time to reflect on half of the day.

now your turn.

i just had a bowl of fruit and now stuffing me face with m&m's as I said earlier by no means its knock off the weight, exercise for me is just to escape work during the day and get the circulation happening.

instead of bringing my car to our pick up point in al mana, i am walking the 2 km from home to al mana everyday. so its about 4 km per day walk for me. I rarely use the elevator to go up to my 3rd floor flat. I normally use the stairs.

Ooooh, NKOTB, vanilla ice cream and Kitkats. My favorite! But the Kitkats have to be white chocolate. And the Coke Diet.

I exercise 4 times a week. There are 3 floors in this villa, so I run up and down stairs 10-12 times for a good cardio workout. This is better than a stairmaster!

I then do floor exercises working my lower body and end with lifting weights (2 large bottles of water)to work my arms.

I do several series of different floor exercises which target abs, legs, etc.

My intent is to stay in shape and feel good about myself. :)
