How is Qatar job contract/agreement letter?
I hope my question will help other to understand Qatar job contact....
1. Is there any specific contract/agreement letter defined by government where employee and employers have to follow or just depend on understanding between two parties?
2. What are things included in contract letter? Should it be on company letter-head, stamped and signed? Anything else?
3. In contract type job- the contract period is mentioned and even after contract finished, you need an NOC to work in Qatar?
4. Do any provision like "NOC will be provide by company at end of contract if not willing to continue..." is written in contract? If not can you force company to include such statement in offer/contract letter?
Any other issue... which you think is missing and your employers will take advantages of that... or you should make sure that is included in contract/agreement letter.
I have never heard of anyone having the right to a NOC built into their employment contract. Worth a try though.
Good point Askme...
NOC stands for No Objection Certificate... and written or not in the agreement, you have to have it to show it to your next employer to make him believe that you have no dues, balances and your previous company have no objection if you work somewhere else, so it is required either ways.

If NOC is provision in not placed in contract but still it required after contract finished, don't you think there is something wrong ... somewhere.....
1. The goverment do have a standard contract but not all companies use it. Nevertheless, all labour laws must be adhered to even if not in your contract.
2.Typically on letterhead, signed and stamped.
3. Yes, period of term is always noted. Yes an NOC is required.
4. Never heard of it being placed in someones contract
