i reckon that the required photographer and the art director can have a better comprehension in a Filipino way of conversation... more efficient perhaps? and might produce a better picture i guess? :) whatever their reason of requiring such type of photographer... racism is not the issue..must be better comprehension and understanding with production team. otherwise if quality is not concern then... skills exploitation races the issue! :(
