moving from KSA to Qatar

If i move from KSA to Qatar by not taking final exit from employer here in Saudi. Will it create any problem for me in obtaining RP in Qatar? Please keep in mind there is no special final exit stamp in saudi on the PP and the final exit visa is also issued on a normal paper which is destroyed upon departure from Saudi.

There is no problem about the issue, Saudi is Saudi and Qatar is Qatar. Different Leaders..
