i am just wandering wt will be the case if someone who was born in Qatar didn't get NOC from his employee? will he be deported from Qatar coz of no NOC?? or the employee cannot deport him because he was born in Qatar and has his own visa not the employee visa??
Those who are born in Qatar although they require NOC to change job but the current sponsor has no right to deport him because he can only cancel R.P and so the person can change R.p to another company.I have heard the same as pirate lover mention above.
I m 101% sure bro coz my friend is here in my flat too....he is happy after resigning from shit group company.....since he was on his own visa., company cudnt do any thing against him....now he is hunting best opportunity....so don't worry at all if u r on our own visa...jus resign and keep one copy with u too...also resign officially thru mail....regarding sponsor, my friend also doesn't hav concrete info....wil update u once anything comes up...tc
Jus chill and relax bro.....since u r on ur own visa, no one can deport u.......jus resign from the present $#it company and start looking for better opportunity....also name the present employer for others to take note of it.....jus last one week back one of my friend resigned from prestigious group here being on his own visa....company can't do anything....cheers.
I think you are 18+ hence would be deported.. I heard like that.. but it is better you get confirmation from others as well.. it is easy to find a job if you are born in qatar and you have parents living here as even for less salaries you could say yes as you wont be bothering about the expensive housing..

What do you mean 'own visa' who is the sponsor for your visa. To change any residence visa sponsor need to give NOC not the place where you work.
