NO CONTRACT...

Hello everyone i need some suggestion what should i better do...
My husband resigned on his first company then they gave the graduity. so my husband applied in a sister company, he start work he didnt sign a new contract and already his the one who paid his visa. Now he resigned already and want to go to another country the company told 1month processing but they signed that he will stop for 1 month then after 1 month the company told extend again for 10days because no reliver yet,if have reliver its ok to resigned but how, the work in another country give a date that he should be there.
i asked thats my husband problem if no reliver.
How he will extend he have already visa and ticket. so what should we do?
much better to go to embassy we have only 3days more

PLS.. I NEED ADVISED...
