Personal Loan needed

Aim here in doha since last four months and aim looking for a personal loan i have tried all the bank to get it and all they reject my application and the reason that because aim only having four months length of service and i really need that to make a big sergurey operation for one of my family!?
Any body can advise or help i'll be thanksfull?
