PHCC Job offer time of waiting

Hello, I received an email that i passed the face to face interview from PHCC for a certain job position and was instructed to send the required documents in order to generate a job offer. required documents already sent.

How long do i need to wait for the job offer? I already sent a follow-up email but there is no response from the HR.

Please i need serious and relevant response from anyone who have same experience. Thank you.
