Please Help Me.

Dear All,

I am british national and came here on visit visa. One company offer me job. They told me that they need accountant with little admin work. They did not bring any contract to me and just keep on saying that they will make the contract but they convert my visa for accountant without my educational certificates. The job is full of admin work and i am ACCA member. I do not like the job. It is only three month since i started the job and probation period is six months. Now i have a very good offer from the from a big organisation. I want to leave this job and join other job.

What options i have? I have not sign any contract with existing company.
