Proceedure in filing a complaint against poor sevices from a company ?
Hi Guys,
We have PABX installed in our organisation , and found that there is some sort of software error occured in the telephone box.Now our company has to work with a single line connection . I have been contacting the service people to come over and rectify the error.
Buggers.. Sorry to use the term (buy out of frustration) isnt answering the call istelf. Later I got in touch with the General Manager , seems the head of the organisation is too laid back and is not showing interest in servicing their clients.During the time of business they seems all energetic and enthusiastic inorder to make a sale.
Guys, need your advice as well as help.. I need to file a complaint against this organisation.is there any consumer court ?/ What is the proceedure for the same?
When I come across a similar situation, I tend to google the brand and email the company directly explaining the issues with their local agent/distributor.
