Hello,

Is there anyone who knows the law of QCB regarding the Banking System and the investment companies using another QAR as Currency of business?? How do we need to secure the Capital deposit as a foreign currency and connect it to insurance policy with Geneva to make it as per the international financial law?

I tried to check with them no one could answer me.. The person who suppose can help is out of the country and I need to know now even little information will be good and useful

As for the website of QCB there is nothing clear about that beside the last update was like years ago.

I tried to ask some of Banks mangers they could not know which is making me wondering how they are handling their banks and what law those banks are using in here ? and how they are giving those personal lones without knowing what are they doing ????

I could have some general information but I want to know more things which are so necessary for me to know.
