QATAR ID

Hello All,

i have a friend of mine who is an engineer in Qatar. He had no engineering certificates attested. But managed to complete all his visa formalities in due time and completed the payments. He was allotted with a Qatar Id number but the postal service delivered an empty cover where there was no ID card.

He had to rush back to native for an emergency without the ID card. Now he is unable to come back, as he has no ID card the officials at immigration do not allow him inside.

Please advise if there are any ways to get his ID printed while he is in India.

Ask the HR or the mandoob of his company to get one issued by the immigration authorities and once this is in hand, send it over to him through courier service.
