Qatar re-entry rules

Hi, my husband was working in Doha and had a company RP.

Now it's been a month he quit his job in Doha, got his visa cancelled and returned to Dubai.

But now he is getting freelance work offer from the same parent company.

Is there a rule that might prohibit his entry? Heard someone say once RP is cancelled one can enter Qatar only after 2 years, is it true?

What's the re-entry procedure. Thank you

I am Mamun. I back to my country on 25th December 2016. My permit and ID are cancelled. Please let me know can I re entry Qatar again now? Or should I wait for 2 years? I came to know new law is announced and according to this new law employee can re entry qatar even in the next day...is it true...Please any one help me in this regard.

He can enter in visit visa but cant get work visa to another firm without NOC. But he can back in Qatar his previos sponsor without NOC. So today afternoon they are going to announce new sponsorship laws, wait and see.

Till yesterday He needed to get an NOC from the same old company for the new job. But today the law will be changed inshAllah. so you will hear some good news. INshAllah

As long as he have an entry visa, whether work, visit or business he can enter the country within the duration of the entry visa.
