Qatari license in pharmacy

I'm a qualified and registered pharmacist,currently working as Manager Pharmacy Services in one of the reputable tertiary care hospitals in Karachi,Pakistan.
I'm looking an opportunity to work in gulf region particularly in qatar under my domain.I need to know that Is it a pre-requisite to get qatari license in my domain?.If yes,then what is the procedure for overseas candidates like me to follow?
