Just checked the price for Canon EF 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 IS USM LensTelephoto Zoom Lens for Canon SLR Cameras.
The diffrence is $200 which is good. What I figured it out is, they do not ship it to Qatar coz Qatar is not in the Shipping country list.
