Query regarding NOC

Eid mubarakh everyone! I am in a tricky situation due to the ongoing qatar crisis. I got an NOC from my previous company after which i joined a new company recently on march. Now my current company has projects on hold and hence I am asked to stay at home on an unpaid leave until further notice. My company says the delay can go on until july end due to the ongoing crisis.

Can I join another company if my company is ready to give me NOC? My concern is that i have worked only for 3 months under the new company and did not sign any contract yet.So even if i can get an noc ,can the visa be again transferred to the new company if I get a new job? Appreciate if you could help me out

You cannot transfer visa again within one year of previous transfer date even with NOC.

You can only able to get new visa and after cancellation of current visa and exiting Qatar.

These needs to be checked by your new company PRO since you have already submitted your visa transfer NOC documents to your new company, whether they have submitted at Immigration and completed visa transfer process.

If they have not done then you are free to move to any new company by getting another set of NOC and visa transfer documents from your previous employer.
