Reduction in salary

If the contract is for one year and the company wants to reduce the salary after four months for a period of 3 months making excuse of covid 19. Then after finishig 3 months as agreed for reduced salary, company wants to contine the reduction for another 3 months. If the employee did not accept reduction for further period, then company binds to give NOC or not.

The company wants to reduce the salary before the one year contract. If we do not sign the reduce salary contract, can he terminate the employee

Please answer me my company want to reduce my salary which I don't want to accept, I asked them to give me NOC, gratuity and 2month notice period

No. Reduction of salary is not linked in anyway to NOC. It is not binding for the company to give you NOC.
