Rotary Drum Cutters, Now in Qatar.
Recently my company's products are widely used in Qatar by most of the contractors in rock cutting applications
Erkat products are "Rotary Drum Cutters", excavator attachments that have a wide range of applications as Trenching, Excavation, Demolition, Tunnelling, Quarry, Under water excavation, pile head cutting ...... etc. being used all over the world.
I created this page to blog all my experience with these amazing machines and to save all the achieved success day after another.
Here you will find solutions for a lot of excavation and rock cutting problems in most applications with pictures, videos and a lot of details.
both transverse and longitudinal cutters can cut under existing utilities, check the following examples

All cutters can cut in all directions, simply, where ever the excavator arm can reach.
if you need more information, just send me your phone no. in private msg. that I can call you.
thanks fabiano, hope that also.
most interested in working with them under existing utilities, to avoid damaging them by normal peckers, and being prosecuted ofcourse:)
how about the vertical directioned one? what is the maximum diameter available?
Yalla!
As per my experience, for three years in the middle east and more than 70 machines, I didn't experience any excavator breakdown because of the cutter,
You are right about the power some how, as cutter requires relatively higher oil flow than other attachment, but if the excavator is big enough to supply the required oil flow at reasonable RPM (around 1600 rpm) then it would run with no problems and long life, and that's how cutters were designed to suite different sizes of excavators.
it's good, i think my company is trying to inquire one of these, yet i believe they drain the power, and cut short the age of excavators holding them, what do you think?
Yalla!
