Searching for job, help and opinions!

Hello everyone. We are searching for a job in Qatar , Doha. We've heard a lot for and from the people working there. They told us that people who live there are very modest, polite, friendly and nice. They also appreciate a lot visitors and workers from another countries ( in one word - strangers). But there is something that confuses us a lot. Me and my boyfriend decided to try and find a job there. We are interested about any work where we will be able to earn money on a most appropriate and honest way. We know the rules for living there that it is unacceptable to live together, and we do appreciate that, but we wonder if there is a job and chance to work together and live one near another (in the same or different building, of course not the same room) ?!  I've heard so many things that make me think , but I like your culture and I've been researching on the internet and come to a conclusion that this is the best page to get the right answers. Can you please give us directions, information, where to search and tell me, is there this much strict ?! By being together we don't think to kiss or hug each other in public, but we don't want to split up by coming there. Thanks in advance

Also, the cost of living here in Qatar is very high compare to some other GCC countries, especially the apt rental, vehicle & food...

Qatar is an Islamic country with conservative and modern culture within the boundaries of Islam. Live in relationships are not common in this culture, though one is free to meet anyone any time. However in the building where you would live, the neighbors shall not like that kind of frequent mingling because the marriage is central to the society. The best solution is marriage and then take up the jobs.
