Shame on IBQ ATM ???

I have a bank account with IBQ. I have been withdrawing from ATM of other banks such as QNB, Ali, etc as I don't have assess to draw from IBQ ATM around my area.
Today I went to New Lu Lu Hyper just opposite Landmark shopping centre. I saw one IBQ ATM and I decided to withdraw the money from ATM.
Unfortunately, I was not able tyo withdraw from ATM any amount of money and I was upset and I can not buy the items from Lu Lu as I like.
I went bac to Landmark and draw the money from QNB and I got the money. I was totally suprise with the service of IBQ.
What do you think?? Do you face any same problems to me? IBQ should start looking for some improvement not to up set for their customer.
Good answer mussywill. Cause I never had problem withdrawing $ from IBQ ATM.
I doesn't hurt to contact the bank and ask them why.
Sorry you had a problem with one of our ATMs - in fact it was unfortunate you tried to use it on this day as it had just been installed. So at that point there was no money in it. If you try today I think you'll find it's working fine.
