Sponsors, to get a Visa and Villas

I am awaiting my final stages of preparation to get to Qatar. My employer says they are awaiting my sponsors approval and living arrangements. Do anyone know what they are talking about and are there certain places that westerners are housed?

Normally your employer and your sponsor are the same. Better ccheck that. Westerners live almost everywhere, we just can't afford somewheres
