hello luckyman, on last august I had received an email from QP, whith thy informed me that I a short listed, and thy will conducte a technical phone interview, I give them my availibility but intel now I dont receive any information please can you oriet me
They coordinate together. It should be convenient for both departments. Just follow up till you get a proper answer. But in all likelihood, it will be the HR who should confirm or deny your opportunity.
I applied directly through their website. The first time I contacted the HR officer who arranged my interview, I was told that technical was yet to forward the report of my interview and it was the second time that I got that response.
It's the recruitment department (hr) who should contact you. The technical department only took your technical interview. They will give their recommendations to the HR, HR should contact you.
Did you apply directly or through an agency. You just have to wait and keep checking.
I still haven't had any feedback from Qp regarding my telephone interview and tried to contact HR officer who promised to confirm the situation report from recruitment Team, but no news yet.
Is it the department who conducted the interview that is the recruitment team or technical team in QP ?. Can anyone please explained to me ? and the recruitment process
Luckyman......if it was negative......I don't think they will get back. But if you have the hr contact, you can always try checking the status with them. All the Best.
I had my interview today which lasted about 1hour, 20minutes and it was really technical and tough. Will HR get back to me even if the feedback is negative.
Luckyman, it's a technical interview, so be prepared for technical subject related questions as well as general questions.if this is only round one of interview which will be followed by personal interview, then the interview will be more like screening or further short listing.
There are always trick areas in all subjects, and when you say you are an expert in a specific field, then you are expected to know a lot about this subject, so make sure that you know what you have written about, in your cv.
Bluff will be caught easily, so be honest.
When the candidate is a good candidate, and he or she knows what he or she is talking about and is really experienced in the subject, then the interview just flows, and each answer you give leads to the next logical question.
Make sure that you know your subject very well and everything that you had written in your cv is accurate and refers to your experience. The worst that candidates can do during a telephonic interview is read from books, or simply narrate from their cv, or get prompted and assisted by friends.
Be informed that these things can be easily spotted by the person or persons taking an interview and it's very very annoying.

Good Morning friend,
I agree with you (han 19 ) on points you mentioned while you having Telephonic Interview.
