Terminated with Bank Loan

Dear All,

My wife have outstanding balance in her loan in DOHA Bank and she was terminated. Luckily, she already found a new Job and already have her Offer Letter. We already went to the collection department of Doha Bank yesterday to advise them her present situation. They advised my wife that her new company is not on their list of companies. I cannot be a guarantor also due to the same reason about our company. We are eager to pay and we will not run her financial responsibilties with the bank. Is there any solution for this issue?
