UPDA requirement

UPDA requirement for the Engineers
they are not allowing Bachelor of Technology(B.tech) instead of Bachelor of Engineering to get the certification from them

Please can anyone help regarding this issue because more than 500 engineers facing this problem to get certifications from the UPDA
