Urgent Request to IIS

Do any of you know, any kind hearted MC member in Ideal Indian School please request them to help their admin staff from the extra strain they are going through, The staff would be grateful if they help them on the timings. Not for 1 person’s sake but for all.
It has been noticed that there are hardly parents coming during the evening session 99% prefer to come in the morning session itself. So request them to please enquire and instead of a break of hours in between they can give half an hour’s break and make them work till 4 pm only. Coz mostly the male staff do not feel any difference but the female staff feels the traveling strain is too much it is like from morning 5:30 am to 2:15 and evening 4:15 to 8:30 pm. Due to traffic, which is too much. Otherwise too traveling twice up and down is a strain. They don't get time to do anything else be it cooking, cleaning, washing etc.
NOTE there are hardly parents who prefer to come in the evenings. Even the tuitions timings can be changed accordingly this will give the children sometime to exercise, play or stay active. Coz they hardly get time to enjoy.
So these timings is in favor of both the staff and students
