Vodafone very bad customer service

Iam a Vodafone customer.
From 25/12/2014 my mobile is deactivated, no incoming, outgoing calls and SMS. I call to customer service more than 50 times, but no any response.
Yesterday I go to Vodafone store-Villagio at 7.30 pm, They checked my mobile no and told, my mobile is barned. and he agreed with in 24 hrs mobile can activated. he told 100% with in 24 hrs. But now time is more than 26 hrs. my mobile is same condition. why like this? Vodafone service is very bad. what can I do??
Simple, switch over to Ooredoo, its better service than Vodafone, these days. The CSO at Vodafone doesn't even know what kind of account you have, their system is not well integrated to assist their frontline staff to assist customers. Don't blame the Customer Service, its just Vodafone. They just need to get their SH*T together!
I've never had a bad experience with VodafoneQA neither Ooredoo. both have got excellent customer care services but yeah nowadays it takes ages to connect to their customer care representatives otherwise they both handle issues in a very professional way . sorry to hear about your issue
