I can't figure out in difference between LTD and LLC?

LLC and WLL in Simply,

WLL: is like Normal Firms like Sole proprietorship, partnership, and other forms of ventures. which does not have special characters like companies forming as per respective countries Companies Act. (in India, Companies act 2013 (old 1956))

Whereas in LLC, Which is registered and formed as per a special act Like companies Ltd, Pvt Ltd, LLP, etc. having special characters.

by concluding LLC is safer than WLL for Limiting liabilities

but having some more legal proceedings & rules to follow than WLL

WLL MEANS "WITH LIMITED LIABILITY" It can be an entity of sole propreitorship, partnership or a company. LLC means "limited liability company" - it is a company, or an entity. However both these terms carry almost similar meanings.
