What are the procedures if you want to create your ouwn bisness in doha?

I m from Paris, and i m thinking of creating 2 bisness in Doha,
first: open a beauty saloon, new french concept.

and open a event agency...

All i know is that you should have a qatari partner, but how to find him and how does it works on the percentage, and all the procedures...

Go to the ministry of commerce and inqure there. All I can say is be careful in trusting people there are a lot that will pretend that they are nice and trust worthy but they will just take advantage of you.
